Billiam And That New Wave Sound launch Fang The Sniper (BDK/Chain Smoking, out October 22), the Australian songwriter's fifth album, at the John Curtin. Advance tracks "Human Body Units," "Birdman Rally" and "Asbestos And Me" stick to Billiam's fast, lo-fi garage-punk template — self-described "autism-core" that pairs anxious, deeply personal lyrics with hooks. Expect the record played loud in a room built for it.
