CAKE bring An Evening With CAKE to Festival Hall — their first Australian shows since 2012 — with two full sets spanning three decades of frontman John McCrea's deadpan lyrics, Vince DiFiore's trumpet lines and the band's genre-splicing blend of rock, funk and country twang. Expect a setlist stacked with staples like "The Distance", "Short Skirt/Long Jacket", "Never There" and their trademark cover of "I Will Survive".
