Cat Power's Chan Marshall performs 2006 album The Greatest in full for its 20th anniversary, on a tour running Brisbane to Perth via this Costa Hall date. The record was cut in Memphis with members of Al Green's Hi Rhythm Section, trading Marshall's earlier lo-fi indie sound for warm Southern soul, blues and country-tinged arrangements. It remains the commercial and critical high point of her catalogue, built around songs including "The Greatest" and "Lived in Bars."
